SHIPPING AND ONLINE ORDERING POLICY

We only ship within the United States.

Shipping charges are determined by the weight and size of your items, number of packages, and your delivery zip code. To ensure cost-effective shipping, your shipment may arrive in several packages. Free-shipping for subscription purchasers. WILD Phoenix Meal Subscriber’s orders are fulfilled and shipped by the arranged bi-weekly scheduled dates. We can not be held responsible if your shipment is delivered to the incorrect shipping address. Non-members orders are fulfilled and shipped within 48 hours after payment is processed.

We use Priority Mail Flat Rate® and Priority Mail Express® services. Packages arrive within 1-2 days of shipping out. The final charge for shipping will appear in your cart and allow you to review before submitting your payment. For an accurate shipping estimate, please add the desired products into your cart.

All orders must be paid for in advance by credit card or PayPal services. There is no minimum amount for non-subscription orders, and no handling fee. Order processing is conducted during our regular business hours (M-F 10:00 am – 5:00 pm). Customers will be notified if products are back ordered or shipping will be delayed. All items are shipped from Dallas, TX.

We will email you when we receive your order and also when it is shipped. If you did not receive an email then your order may have not been processed. Please double check your account online to see if you have any orders processing.

You may choose to opt in to text message updates about the status of your order by ticking the permission box on the checkout page.


REFUND POLICY

If the product is not to your desires, we would like you to give us an opportunity to rectify the issue. However if you are still dissatisfied, we will issue a full refund credited back to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Any claims for a refund must be made within 3 business days of shipment arrival.

If your purchase was made at a participating retailer, please contact the reseller directly to make arrangements for return.


SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

Subscriptions orders must be a minimum of 10 lbs every 2 weeks. If you have a dog with feeding needs under 5 lbs per week, please email us at: care@WildPhoenixDogFood.com, or fill out a Support form for Subscriptions.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However you must contact us to reinstate it if you wish to reactivate. Please go to our Support page and fill out a support form for Subscription Reinstatement. We have the right to deny any subscription reinstatement request.
